Once the issue is resolved, you will be informed by adding the time of issue resolution in front of the according issue.

May 7, 2026	Your Ember Coin has been restored. Please restart the game to receive your coin. [Resolved] We identified an issue following the May 6 Maintenance where the Ember Mission event was not functioning normally. This issue has now been resolved, and we are currently checking for cases requiring Ember Coin restoration or involving duplicate claims — these cases will be handled separately.
April 16, 2026	[Resolved] An issue has been confirmed with the Ascendant Raffle in the Ain and Errai worlds, where the drawing did not proceed as intended. * Starting April 17, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+0), Maplers who won the raffle will be able to view their correct winning status on the Raffle Dashboard, where it will now show as a win rather than a loss. * Maplers who were not logged in between April 16, 2026 05:00–15:00 (UTC+0) will be able to check their results immediately upon logging in after April 16, 2026 15:00 (UTC+0).
April 16, 2026	[Resolved] An issue where the game would crash when characters below level 200 used an Extreme Growth Potion * This issue was fixed on April 16, 2026, at 07:50 (UTC+0). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during gameplay.
