New Esfera Content : Esfera Guardian

Protect 'Esfera' by defending against the incoming dimensional rifts and destroying all dimensional gates within the time limit!

• You can enter the ‘Esfera Guardian’ content by speaking to NPC Shubert located in Esfera Base Camp.

• How to Play
  • Enter the ‘Esfera Guardian’ content by speaking to NPC Shubert located in Esfera Base Camp.
  • Defeating placed normal monsters allows you to collect Erda, which accumulates in the bottom gauge.
  • You can board a turret by consuming Erda, then adjust the angle and power to attack the dimensional gates with shells.
  • There are two types of shells - Erda Shells and Super Erda Shells - with the required Erda and effects varying depending on the type.
  • After 3 minutes of gameplay, you can obtain and use the special item ‘Shubert’s Support Shot’, which drops at a low rate.
  • The game is cleared when all large, medium, and small dimensional gates are destroyed, and fails if the 40-minute time limit expires.
  • You can challenge the content up to 3 times a day, and your daily entry limit will not be deducted upon failure.

  • 2x ‘Arcane Symbol: Esfera’ can be obtained upon clearing.

New Boss : Will

Will, one of the Commanders of the Black Mage, reveals himself in Arcane River: Esfera. Face Will, who entangles intruders with the spider's power that dominates space, break down his barrier, and approach the truth beyond Esfera!

• Defeating Will (Hard) during the event period will grant you the following rewards to be sent to your Maple Storage after the event ends.
  • This event is available on a character basis. However, even if you defeat the boss with multiple characters on your account, only one reward will be distributed per account.
  • If multiple characters on the account have clear records, the reward will be distributed to the Maple Storage of the world where the first clear record belongs. You can then claim the reward with any character of your choice within that world.

    ※ If a character with a clear record during the event period is transferred to another account, its clear record on the previous account will not be recognized.

4. After accepting the event, defeat 2,000 monsters near your level to complete the attendance for that day.

   ※ If you have not achieved VIP Tier 2, the defeat count of monsters near your level will be tracked, but you cannot complete the attendance for that day.

5. You can claim the rewards for your completed attendance days on the attendance board through the Event Notifier.

[Hyper Summer] Hasty Hunting!

Flare Monsters emitting sweltering heat have appeared on the Gold Richie Resort beach!

Although they are just looking to enjoy playing in the water, if left alone, they will evaporate all the ocean water.

Quickly block these uninvited guests and enjoy various field benefits with the Hasty Hunting event!

👉 How to Participate

1. Accept the "[Hasty Hunting]" quest either through the Event Notifier on the left side of your screen or by speaking to NPC Ralphio on the Gold Richie Resort map.
2. Upon participating, the following field benefits will be automatically activated.
   • Increased spawn rates for Elite Monsters.
   • More frequent appearances by Pollo and Fritto.
   • An EXP boost for defeating the Inferno Wolf.
   • Runes will spawn more often with a shorter cooldown, and their EXP buff is doubled!
3. You can complete each Daily Mission once per account daily and obtain a Booster item as a reward. The obtained Booster item can be used by clicking the [Start] button at the bottom of the event window.

   ※ While the mission progress is tracked on a character basis, completion status is shared across the account. Therefore, each Daily Mission can be cleared only once per day.

4. When you clear all 6 daily missions, the Hidden Mission will be activated.

5. Apart from the Daily Missions, a special monster ‘Chromatic Flare’ will spawn every time you defeat 300 monsters near your level in the field.
6. Defeating this special monster rewards a certain amount of Rotation NESO and Gold Richie Coins, and has a low chance of dropping a ‘Summer Super Hasty Booster Package’.

🎁 Rewards

[Hasty Booster]

• This booster is charged each time you clear a Daily Mission, allowing up to 5 charges and uses per day.
• Upon usage, 100 Burning Flares will be summoned for 60 seconds.

[Super Hasty Booster]

• This booster can be charged once per day by clearing the 6th Daily Mission, with an additional charge up to 14 times per day by using the corresponding item.
• Upon usage, 100 Blazing Flares will be summoned for 60 seconds.

[Summer Super Hasty Booster Package]

• Upon usage, 1 usage of the Super Hasty Booster will be charged.
• This package can be exchanged for a ‘Summer Super Hasty Booster Coupon’ by speaking to NPC Ralphio, and traded through the MSU Marketplace.

[Hyper Summer] Hyper Sweep with M-Forcer

As a cool sea breeze blows over Gold Richie Resort in the evening, an unexpected emergency disrupts the peaceful summer vacation of Dr. Kim and M-Forcer!

Team up with M-Forcer to clear out the uninvited monsters invading the hunting fields and disrupting the perfect getaway, and claim your share of the pouring Power Crystals as a reward!

• All Minted Characters of level 65 or above, that have completed the “[VIP Membership]” quest.

👉 How to Participate

1. Accept the "[Hyper Summer] Hyper Sweep with M-Forcer" quest through the Event Notifier on the left side of your screen.
2. Upon accepting the quest, you will obtain 3 types of M-Forcer Skills.
   • M-Force Go!
   • Ultra Beam
   • Mesodizer-X
3. Move to a hunting field with monsters near your level (20 levels below and 20 levels above) and defeat them using the 3 M-Forcer Skills for a chance to obtain a Power Crystal Pouch based on each skill's characteristics.

   ※ Power Crystal Pouches will not drop if you defeat monsters near your level without using the M-Forcer Skills.

🎁 Rewards

Defeat monsters near your level using the 3 M-Forcer Skills for a chance to obtain Power Crystal Pouches, based on each skill’s probability.

• The obtained Power Crystal Pouches can be exchanged for Power Crystal points by talking to NPC Dr.Kim on the Gold Richie Resort event map.

  ※ The daily account acquisition limit for Power Crystals is up to 150,000, which is automatically calculated based on your character’s level upon obtaining the Power Crystal Pouch. However, the daily maximum acquisition limit may increase depending on your VIP Tier.

[Hyper Summer] Dance with Spirits

The Small Spirits have traveled all the way from faraway Arcana to dance with our Maplers!

Join the dance with the adorable Small Spirits to earn your Gold Richie Coins and EXP!

📅 Event Period

• July 23 (After Maintenance) ~ August 19 23:59 (UTC)

✅ Eligibility

• All Minted Characters that have completed the “[Hyper Summer] An Invitation to VIP” quest.

👉 How to Participate

1. For characters that meet the eligibility requirements, an invitation will be sent above their head every hour at the 15-minute and 45-minute marks.
2. Click the invitation above your character's head to accept, and your character will be automatically moved to the waiting map after a short moment.
3. Upon entering the waiting map, all of your character's active buffs will be reset and cannot be activated until the end of the game. Once the waiting time ends, you will move to the game map.
4. After the game ends, you will move to the exit map to receive event coins and EXP based on the game results.

🎮 How to Play

• Up to 15 players can participate in each game.
• The spirit on the scoreboard in the minigame map will demonstrate a set number of moves each round.
• Once the spirit's dance ends, use the arrow keys to replicate the demonstrated moves.

  ※ Please note that inputs cannot be changed or deleted once entered, so pay close attention to both your accuracy and the remaining time.

• To clear a round, you must successfully replicate all the demonstrated moves within the time limit. A single mistake will result in a failure for that round.
• Rounds 5 and 10 are ‘Bonus Rounds’, where you can earn points based on the number of inputs.

🎁 Rewards

• The amount of EXP distributed varies depending on your level range, and is awarded based on your gameplay time.
• Rewards will be distributed by converting your earned points in proportion to cleared rounds, at a ratio of 1 Gold Richie Coin per 250 points.

[Hyper Summer] The Legends Return!

Who will be the legendary Mapler to crown the end of Hyper Summer?

Join the battlefield where the outcome remains unpredictable until the very last second, and claim your rewards!

📅 Event Period

✅ Eligibility

• All Minted Characters of level 65 or above, that have completed the “[Hyper Summer] An Invitation to VIP” quest.

👉 How to Participate

1. Talk to NPC Cynapse in Henesys to accept the quest "[Hyper Summer] The Legends Return! Season 2".
2. Once you complete the quest, talk to Cynapse again to enter the Battle Lobby.
3. Talk to Cynapse in the Battle Lobby to join the matchmaking queue.
4. Once inside, select your preferred Avatar. Each Avatar features a unique appearance and exclusive skills.

   ※ You cannot select the same Avatar as your teammates. If you do not select an Avatar within 30 seconds, one of the remaining unselected Avatars will be automatically assigned at random.

5. When the battle begins, use the portal to enter the hunting ground. Defeat monsters and eliminate opponents to earn EXP and Gold. Use EXP to level up your Avatar, and spend Gold to upgrade your Avatar or Cores.
   • Blue Monsters: Belong to the Blue Team (Only the Red Team can attack them).
   • Red Monsters: Belong to the Red Team (Only the Blue Team can attack them).
   • Purple Monsters: Neutral monsters (Both teams can attack them).
6. When the main timer runs out, a frantic 1-minute Final Match begins. The first team to completely eliminate the opposing team claims victory!

🎮 How to Play

• Matches are 3v3 team battles (Red Team vs. Blue Team) that start once 6 players are matched.
• Matchmaking prioritizes grouping players with similar rankings.
• A penalty will be applied if you fail to accept once matching is complete.

  ※ A penalty will also be applied if you remain inactive for a set duration during battle, or exit the game before the match outcome is decided.

Revamp of Boss NESO Rewards and Ascendant Raffle

Following the addition of the highest-tier boss Will, the NESO rewards obtained through the boss content have been revamped as follows.

1. Adjustment of Boss NESO Rewards

   The base boss rewards and the "NESO DROPS" event rewards have been adjusted as follows:

   • The complex end digits of the acquisition units have been streamlined, allowing a more intuitive view of reward amounts.
   • To allow more Maplers to obtain rewards more frequently, the maximum acquisition amount per attempt has been decreased, while the number of potential winners has been increased.
   • The NESO rewards for daily and weekly bosses have been adjusted following the addition of the highest-tier boss. The reward amounts for certain daily and weekly bosses have been decreased or increased, and rewards for Will have been newly placed.
2. Ascendant Raffle Revamp

   The Ascendant Raffle tiers, winning amounts, and the number of winners have been adjusted accordingly, in alignment with the addition of the highest-tier boss.

• The formidable new boss, Will, has been added to the Ascendant Tier.
  • Following the addition of the new boss, the number of Ascendant Tier Raffle entries has been increased from 6 to 9.
  • The newly added tiers, Dawning Ascendant 1 & 2, will be available as a limited opportunity for this season only.
• Power Crystals have been added to the Ascendant Tier rewards.
  • Power Crystal rewards have been added to provide benefits to more Maplers, significantly increasing the total event reward pool.
  • Following the expansion of the reward pool, the number of winners has also been increased.

• During the event period, you can enter the Ascendant Tier Raffle by using the Pure Boss Essence of the designated bosses.
• The number of raffle entries is determined by the number of party members entering the boss hunt together, as shown below.

  ※ Please note that the Leaderboard revealed on July 23 is based on automatic calculations at the conclusion of the event, and some rankings may be subject to change during the subsequent verification process before finalization.

[Hyper Summer] VIP Membership

• Events applied to VIP Tier Benefits and VIP Mission has been replaced.

Character Level-Up Required EXP Adjustments

• The required EXP to level up for the level range of over Lv. 225 has been decreased.

Quality of Life Improvements

• Travel Convenience Improved — Town Portal Added
  • Town Portals have been added to major towns. You can travel directly to your desired region by selecting the continent and town from the Town Portal UI.
• V Matrix Improved
  • Buttons for selecting Nodes in disassemble mode will be subdivided. The previous [Select All] button has been replaced with [Select All Pages] and [Select Current Page] buttons.
  • A feature has been added to allow you to extend the duration of special Nodes.
• Legion Convenience Improved
  • You can now claim Legion Coins directly from the Legion UI, without needing to visit the NPC.
  • The Legion Raider placement mode UI has been improved, and a filter feature to categorize the raider list by class group has been added.
• Character Selection Screen Improved
  • A Job Growth Status UI has been added, allowing you to check the growth status of each class at a glance.
    • Based on the highest-level character of each class, the list is sorted in descending order of level, and even classes you have not yet progressed will be displayed.
    • For the classes you own, you can view the character's name by hovering your mouse over the class.
  • The details displayed in the selected character's information window have been adjusted. The previously displayed STR, INT, DEX, and LUK stats have been consolidated into Combat Power.

Arcane River Express Pass : Raheim Defense Added

• The Arcane River Express Pass is now available for the Morass region’s special content, ‘Ranheim Defense’.

MVP System : Phase 4 Update

• The daily usage limit of Arcane River Express Pass for the MVP Black rank has been expanded.
  • The total daily usage limit has been expanded from 4 to 5 times.
  • A daily usage has been added for the newly added ‘Ranheim Defense’ special content in Morass region.

Arcane River Monster Summon Efficiency Adjustment

• The monster summon density has been adjusted for certain Arcane River fields that were excessively congested.

Field NESO Rebalancing

• Following the addition of the new Lv. 236+ fields, the distribution of NESO per cycle in existing fields has been adjusted.

• Friend requests failing to deliver when the language settings of both the sender and recipient are in japanese has been corrected.
• The inability to display the information for other players' item acquisition notification messages in the chat window while located in the world-integrated party zone has been resolved.
  • Please note that information regarding the item acquisition field cannot be verified.
  • Clicking the item name will now display the item information tooltip.
• Click inputs becoming temporarily unresponsive for a set duration after closing the dialogue window that appeared upon clicking [Start Raid] in the ‘Maple Legion’ has been corrected.
• Reserved coin claim notifications appearing even after Legion Coins have already been claimed has been corrected.
