An issue where the torch cannot be used during [Story – Heroes of Maple Act 1].

* This issue is scheduled to be resolved in a future maintenance update.

* It has also been confirmed that this issue makes it difficult to complete the mission [V Tracker – Complete Heroes of Maple Act 1]. Accordingly, the system has been updated so that Maplers who meet the eligibility requirements below can reconnect to the game, complete the mission, and claim the corresponding reward. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

※ Eligibility: Maplers who are Level 135 or above and participating in the V Tracker event.

February 20, 2026

An issue where the Reward Dashboard Widget shortcut icon disappears under certain conditions, making it unusable.

* Issue cases: This occurs when the game language is set to English and a newly created character is used, or when the Reward Dashboard Widget was previously in use but the key settings were reset or the shortcut was removed.

* In such cases, changing the game language to another language allows the Reward Dashboard Widget icon to be reassigned to a shortcut key and used normally.

* This issue is scheduled to be addressed in a future maintenance update. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

An issue where certain features experience delays in availability due to the February 11 temporary maintenance

* It has been confirmed that temporary delays are occurring as the server processes certain data, resulting in intermittent issues where some in‑game features are not functioning properly.

* This issue is a temporary problem caused by delayed server responses and is expected to stabilize sequentially.

* Stabilization work is currently in progress, and improvements will be made as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

January 30, 2026

[Updated] An issue where enhancement information for certain equipment is not displayed or applied properly when using equipment presets.

* An intermittent issue has been identified where enhancement information for certain equipment included in an inactive preset may not be displayed or applied correctly when using equipment presets.

* If this issue occurs, it can be resolved using one of the following methods.

** Reconnect while the preset that includes the affected equipment is applied.

** Unequip the affected equipment so that it is stored in the inventory, then reconnect.

* Until this issue is resolved, please refrain from equipping items in Presets 2 and 3, and use only the default equipment window (Preset 1) whenever possible.

* Further notice will be provided once this issue has been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause.

[Resolved] An issue where the game could not be accessed when logging in with a client saved in Traditional Chinese.

[Temporary Workaround]

1. Delete the “langID” file located in the MSN installation folder.

(Default path: Nexpace/MaplestoryN/langID)

2. When starting the game, select a language other than Traditional Chinese.

* Further updates will be provided once resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

[Resolved] An issue where nodestones were not properly displayed or registered upon defeating Lucid (Easy/Normal/Hard).

* These rewards will be correctly applied before next week’s raffle draw, and further details will be provided through a separate notice once the correction has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

[Resolved] To ensure smooth operation of the [Mini-Game: Squeaky Showdown], it will be temporarily suspended.

* The Invitation will be sent as usual, but entry will be temporarily unavailable.

* The event resumption schedule will be announced later through this notice.
