Extended maintenance was conducted in connection with the February 25 Scheduled Maintenance, the February 26 Temporary Maintenance, and the Marketplace maintenance.

As an apology, compensation has been prepared as outlined below.

■ Eligibility

Accounts created before February 27, 2026, 05:00 (UTC+0)

■ How to Claim

1. Talk to the Maple Administrator NPC in town.

2. Select "Talk to a Maple Administrator".

3. Select "Server Maintenance Compensation".

4. Select one compensation item from the list.

• Please log in to the character that will claim the compensation to receive it.
• Each character can claim one compensation option. Duplicate compensation claims are not available.

(Example: If an account has Characters A, B, and C, Character A can claim the 3x EXP Coupon, Character B can claim the Nodestone, and Character C can claim the Prepared Pendant of the Spirit.)

■ Notes

• Compensation not claimed within the claim period cannot be provided again.
