• How to Participate
  • Spark Coins can be obtained by completing Spark Missions through boss defeats.
  • Each mission can be completed once per account per week.
  • Spark Coins can be exchanged for items of your choice in the Spark Coin Shop.

2. Spiegelmann’s Boss Millions Event Season 2

• How to Participate
  • Weekly bosses are categorized into Mini, Standard, Prime, Power, and Super Power based on difficulty.

  • The Boss Millions must be registered manually through the Event Notifier. Only one Raffle Tier can be selected for entry.
  • To clear the mission, you must deal at least 5% of the total damage to the boss in a party of 2 or more.

• Important Notice
  • Only one Raffle Tier can be selected from Mini, Standard, Prime, Power, or Super Power for entry.
  • Changes to the selection cannot be made after entry. Check the competition rate on the Reward Dashboard and aim for a more favorable chance!
  • Eligibility for entry based on the cleared tier resets every week.
  • The Boost Raffle does not apply to NESO rewards from Boss Millions.

3. Honor EXP Pop Up

• How to Participate
  • When you clear daily bosses during the event period, you can earn double Honor EXP.

4. NESO DROPS EVENT

• FIELD NESO EVENT!
  • During the event period, additional NESO rewards can be obtained from certain fields via the Reward Dashboard.
    • Field NESO can also be obtained through the Trick or Treat! event and the Rock-Paper-Zakum! event. Please refer to those event details for more information.
  • Event NESO is not affected by the Boost System.
  • Field NESO rewards have been adjusted to provide a more balanced and meaningful experience for this event, so be sure to join!

• BOSS NESO EVENT!
  • During the event period, the listed bosses will drop additional NESO rewards.
  • Event NESO is not affected by the Boost System.

5. Trick or Treat

• How to Participate
  • Click the Event Notifier on the left side of the screen and You can obtain the Fever Skill, Halloween Magic, by accepting Cassandra’s quest.
  • With the skill activated, defeat 600 monsters near your level to trigger the Fever Skill.
  • Once the Fever Skill effect ends, 4 Halloween event monsters called Bully Jack will appear for 60 seconds.
  • Defeating them will grant additional Rotation NESO from your current field layer.
  • Defeat 15 or more Bully Jack monsters to complete the daily mission.

    • Bewitched Mirror Chair Coupon
      • ​​​​​​​The Bewitched Mirror Chair Coupon, which grants the Bewitched Mirror Chair (SBT), can be obtained based on a set probability.
      • The SBT will be distributed in bulk after the event ends.

• Important Notice
  • ​​​​​​​If you leave the hunting area (such as by changing channels or maps) while Halloween Magic is active, the skill and any summoned Bully Jack monsters will disappear.
  • Halloween Magic cannot be used in fields without monsters near your level, in fields where another Mapler’s Halloween Magic is already active, or in special fields such as story quest maps.
  • Halloween Magic can be used up to 200 times per character per day. The skill count resets daily at 00:00 (UTC+0).
  • Bully Jack monsters are visible only to the character who activated Halloween Magic and are affected by EXP gain and reduction penalties.                                                                                                                       

6. Rock-Paper-Zakum!

• Eligibility
  • ​​​​​​​Minted Characters

• How to participate
  • ​​​​​​​Click the Event Notifier on the left side of the screen and You can obtain the Fever Skill, Rock-Paper-Fever, by accepting [Rock-Paper-Zakum!] Take on Zakum.
  • With the skill activated, defeat 600 monsters near your level to trigger the Fever Skill.
    • ​​​​​​​When monsters are defeated using the Rock-Paper-Fever! skill, a greater amount of Rotation NESO from the current field layer can be obtained.
  • ​​​​​​​Complete Lil Zakum’s mission and earn RPS Coin and Underworld Gate Chair (SBT).
    • ​​​​​​​Collect 3 RPS Coins to play one round of Rock-Paper-Scissors with Lil Zakum.
  • ​​​​​​​Win a Rock-Paper-Scissors game against Lil Zakum and exchange for various growth materials!

• Mission
  • ​​​​​​​Mission progress and reward collection are counted per character.

• Rock-Paper-Scissors
  • When you win in Rock-Paper-Scissors, you can choose either [Claim (Current Consecutive wins count)-win reward] or [Challenge for (Next Consevutive Wins count) wins].
  • When you defeat in Rock-Paper-Scissors, you can spend a certain amount of RPS Coins to continue and retry. If you choose not to retry, the game ends and you will not receive any rewards.
  • When you draw om Rock-Paper-Scissors, you can retry without consuming any RPS Coins.

• Growth Materials Exchange Shop
  • ​​​​​​​The Growth Material Exchange Shop will be available until November 23, 2025 23:59 (UTC+0).

• RPS Coin FT Exchange Shop
  • ​​​​​​​You can talk to Lil Zakum to exchange RPS Coins for FT-type RPS Coins.
    • ​​​​​​​Only characters level 140 or higher can use this feature.
  • ​​​​​​​FT-type RPS Coins can be traded in the MSU Marketplace until November 19, 2025 23:59 (UTC+0).

• Important Notice
  • ​​​​​​​The probabilities for the outcomes of the Rock-Paper-Scissors game with Lil Zakum are as follows.​​​​​​​

System Improvement

1. Character Info UI Improved

• The existing [Character Info] UI and [Stats] UI have been merged.
• The existing [Character Info] UI and [Stats] UI will be removed, and some functions will be available in other UIs.
  • ​​​​​​​Medal: Available in Main Menu - Medal.
  • Pet Information: Available in Equipment - Pet - Pet Information.
• ​​​​​​​You can check character info through the following paths:
  • ​​​​​​​[My Character] Main Menu - Character Info
  • [My Character] Register character info as a shortcut key in the shortcut menu
  • [Other Characters] Click the magnifying glass button in party invitation
  • [Other Characters] Click the Info button in party invitation notifications
  • [My Character / Other Characters] Double-click on a character
• ​​​​​​​You can now view other characters' information.
  • ​​​​​​​Stats: You can check detailed values of stats currently applied to the character.
  • Equipment: You can check equipped items, pets/pet equipment, and cosmetic items that the character is wearing.
  • Skills: You can check Link Skills currently applied to the character.
• New information has been added to the [Character Info] UI.
  • ​​​​​​​Combat Power
    • ​​​​​​​Combat Power is a calibrated value that allows convenient comparison of growth progress with other characters.
    • Detailed information about Combat Power can be found by clicking the help button in the Character Info UI.

• Information available through 'ATT STATS' has been expanded.
  • ​​​​​​​The Character Info UI displays the same basic stat ATT as before, and additional information can be checked in the detailed information.
    • ​​​​​​​Values for boss and normal monster attacks are now separately added to ATT STATS.
    • Information about equippable weapons has been added.
    • Weapon constant and weapon mastery applied by the currently equipped weapon have been added.
• ​​​​​​​Current values and applied values of stats can now be viewed in popups for improved accessibility.​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​When clicking on each stat, you can view the current and applied values of that stat in a popup.
  • The stat popup function is not available when viewing other characters' Character Info UI.
• ​​​​​​​The automatic AP point distribution function has been improved.
  • ​​​​​​​An automatic distribution function for AP points gained when leveling up has been added.

2. Combat Power Display Addition

• ATT increase amounts in item tooltips have been changed to Combat Power increase amounts.
• ATT increase amounts in Potential Enhancement and Additional Options Enhancement have been changed to Combat Power increase amounts.
• Combat Power display has been added to the Party UI.
  • ​​​​​​​Combat Power display for party members in your party has been added.
  • Combat Power display for party members has been added in Party Finder.

3. Reward Dashboard/Raffle Dashboard Improvements

• Display marks have been added to the left content list of the Reward Dashboard to distinguish between daily/weekly content.
• A feature has been added that calls up a button linking to the marketplace search page when left-clicking reward icons in the Reward/Raffle Dashboard.
• A button has been added to hide raffle entries that failed to register.
• A button to delete all unlucky entries at once has been added to Raffle Results.
• A 'Weekly Lucky Results' tab has been added where you can check up to 4 weeks of raffle winning results aggregated by week.
• Each raffle entry has been modified to show raffle submission count, maximum party size participated, and 'LOSE' mark display for rewards that were successfully registered but ultimately unsuccessful.

4. Macro Detection System Added - <Lie Detector mini-game : Finding Transparent Figures>

• The macro detection system - <Lie Detector mini-game : Finding Transparent Figures> - has been added.
  • ​​​​​​​<Lie Detector mini-game : Finding Transparent Figures> is a lie detection system activated for suspected macro users.
  • When the system activates, a colored shape in the center of the screen gradually becomes transparent and moves.
  • You must control the mouse so that the mouse cursor stays over the moving shape.
  • Success/failure is determined by how long the mouse cursor stays over the shape.
  • Repeated failures may result in game access restrictions due to repeated lie detector failures abiding by the Operation Policy.

5. KYC Re-verification Process Added

• A KYC re-verification process has been added for suspected hack & macro users.
• When prompted KYC re-verification, you must complete re-verification process through the MapleStory Universe website to resume accessing the services normally.
  • Once you connect your wallet to the MapleStory Universe website, you will be redirected to the re-verification page.
  • Click the “Re-Verification” button at the bottom of the page to begin the KYC re-verification process.
  • Once the KYC re-verification process has started, you must complete the FaceAuth verification within 14 days after clicking the “Re-Verification” button.
• ​​​​​​​You will be unable to proceed with KYC re-verification if any of the following conditions are met:
  • ​​​​​​​14 days have passed since clicking the “Re-Verification” button.
  • You have failed FaceAuth three times.

6. Other Updates

• Halloween event fields have been applied.
  • Halloween has arrived in Henesys and Leafre.
• ​​​​​​​The following items can now be registered in the NFT Collection:

Bug Fixes

• ​​​​​Fixed an issue where some characters could not be unlinked on several accounts.
  ​​​​​​​※ The issue preventing unlinking is still under review. Efforts are underway to restore normal service. A separate notice will be provided when the fix is applied.
• Fixed an issue where the minimap could be moved outside the game screen boundaries.
• Fixed an issue where an incorrect NPC name was displayed in the Golden Treasure Troupe item description.
• Fixed an issue where Gnarled Wooden Key was displayed for Chaos Von Bon in the Boss UI.
• Fixed text errors in Spiegelette's Golden Giveaway for certain languages.
• Fixed an issue where the default Bullets or Throwing Stars damage (+10/+15) was applied even when Bullets or Throwing Stars were not equipped.
• Fixed an issue where Hook items could not be obtained in Lord Pirate content.
