Lil Zakum, who once flew in from outer space in search of the ultimate Rock Paper Scissors master, has returned to Maple World!
Determined to avenge his past defeat, he has rigorously trained all eight of his arms and returned with a fierce resolve to beat our Maplers this time.
Collect RPS Coins from the fields to challenge Lil Zakum to an exciting match of Rock Paper Scissors, and claim even richer rewards!

👉 How to Participate
[Hunting]
- Accept the "Rock-Paper-Zakum: Rematch!" quest from the Event Notifier or by speaking with NPC Lil Zakum in Henesys to become eligible for the event.
- During the event period, every time you defeat 600 level range monsters, 100 Trained Kumpiders will appear on the field for 1 minute.
- Level range monsters refer to monsters that are within 20 levels above or below your character's level.
- Defeat Trained Kumpiders to obtain Rotation Neso and have a chance to additionally receive a Power Crystal Pouch.
- Once per day per character, summon Trained Kumpiders 3 times and speak with Lil Zakum to receive 6 RPS Coins.
[Play Rock-Paper-Zakum]
- You can participate in the Rock-Paper-Zakum game through the Event Notifier or by speaking with NPC Lil Zakum in Henesys.
- Each attempt costs 3 RPS Coins.
- The game will proceed according to the result of each round as follows:

| Win | • You secure the reward corresponding to the round you win. • You can either proceed to the next round or claim your current reward and end the game. |
| Loss | • You may spend a certain number of RPS Coins to retry the round. • The number of RPS Coins required for a retry increases as you advance to higher rounds. • Alternatively, you may forfeit the reward from the last round you won and end the game. |
| Draw | • You can retry the same round without consuming any RPS Coins. |
※ While higher rounds offer greater rewards, you will lose all rewards earned in the current run if you are defeated.
※ The amount of RPS Coins obtainable and the number of RPS Coins required for a retry at each round are listed below.

📋 Important Notes
- Any actions that violate the Operation Policy may result in restrictions. Accounts restricted from using services within the MapleStory Universe ecosystem, including MapleStory N, may also be excluded from receiving rewards.
- In case maintenance on MapleStory Universe services takes place on the day of the event conclusion, the event end time may be subject to change.
- Event schedule, rewards, and other details are subject to change without prior notice. In such cases, additional announcements will be provided separately.
- Reward items cannot be received after the event period ends.
- Reward items can be stored in in-game inventory until their expiration period. Items not used within the expiration period will be deleted.
- Rewards will be distributed only to the wallet used to participate in the event. Please note that the receiving wallet addresses cannot be changed.
- MapleStory Universe cannot address issues arising from incorrectly connected wallets.
