Here is an update on known issues on MapleStory N.

Once the issue is resolved, you will be informed by adding the time of issue resolution in front of the according issue.

April 6, 2026	[Resolved] An issue was identified in the [Path of So Gong] event training chamber re-entry process where rewards were not granted properly if a character attempted to re-enter while already in the event map. * For Maplers affected by this issue, please follow the steps below to claim your compensation. [How to Claim] Check your eligibility by confirming a guidance message in your Maple Storage. If you received the message, speak to the Maple Administrator and select the "[Restores lost time in Path of So Gong]" dialogue option. The total amount of lost time will be displayed. You can then claim your desired portion by entering the amount in minutes. It is strongly recommended to use the claimed time on the same day you receive it. If your "Bankable AFK Time" is full or unavailable (Belt Grades lower than Black Belt cannot bank AFK time), any unclaimed time may be forfeited after the next daily reset (UTC+0). ※ The total lost time in the Training Chamber will be displayed in Maple Administrator's dialogue window. ※ The restored time can only be claimed during the "[Weekend Boost] Path of So Gong" event period. Any remaining time will be lost after the event ends.
April 2, 2026	An issue was identified during the raffle process and is currently being resolved. * Additional raffle entries are functioning normally.
April 1, 2026	[Resolved] An issue where Airpass purchases or usage were unavailable in Pilot Irvin’s Air Wing after April 1, 2026. * As of April 1, 2026, 07:03 (UTC+0), the issue has been resolved.
March 26, 2026	An issue where Elite Monsters/Champions are summoned less frequently than intended in personalization hunting fields. * To help ensure smooth participation in the [Hasty Hunting Event], the Daily mission - “Hunt 10 Elite Monsters/Champions” will be automatically marked as completed each day when the character logs in or at 00:00 (UTC). * For characters that are already participating in the [Hasty Hunting Event], the completion status will be applied after logging in again.
	An issue where the Warrior class skill 'Monster Magnet' does not function properly in the [[Dungeon Blast] Dr. Kim’s Dungeon Simulation] event. * This issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future maintenance.
	[Resolved] An issue where Maplers are intermittently disconnected when using the "Hurricane" skill of the Bowman class in the [[Dungeon Blast] Dr. Kim's Dungeon Simulation] event. * This issue was fixed as of March 26 at 03:23 (UTC+0), and the content is now functioning normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused while using the game.
