We have resolved the issue where Power Crystals could be claimed repeatedly in the Anniversary Universe Villains event.

Temporary restrictions have been placed on accounts that repeatedly claimed these rewards. The abnormally acquired Power Crystals are scheduled to be reclaimed tomorrow.

Following the recovery process, we will comprehensively review each case—assessing the frequency of repeated claims and the total amount involved—and apply formal sanctions based on the severity of the violation.

Please be assured that players who participated legitimately will not be affected by these measures.
