■ How to Use the Web Shop

In this special collaboration shop, you may use NESO to purchase the following three types of items.

1. King Pengu Coupon

• This coupon can be redeemed for the King Pengu Pet.
• Upon purchase, the coupon will be delivered to the Maple Storage of your selected world. Using the coupon will grant you the King Pengu Pet and its pet equipment, which can be used for 100 days.
• The King Pengu Coupon is a mintable FT item. The pet and equipment obtained from the coupon, however, are untradeable local items.

2. Pudgy Style Magic Igloo

• This Magic Igloo contains a special collaboration cosmetic item, which is revealed upon opening.
• The Magic Igloo will be delivered to the Maple Storage of your selected world upon purchase. From there, you can move the item to your character's inventory. Please note that once a Magic Igloo is moved to a character's inventory, it cannot be transferred back to Maple Storage.
• To open a Magic Igloo, you will need a Magic Hammer. Magic Hammers can be purchased from the Pudgy Jelly Shop or the Honor EXP Exchange Shop at in-game towns.

• Double-click a Magic Igloo in your character's inventory to open a special UI. By consuming one Magic Igloo and one Magic Hammer, you will randomly acquire one of the 22 cosmetic items shown in the slot as a mintable NFT item.

• You can use this feature consecutively as long as you have enough Magic Igloos and Magic Hammers. Duplicate protection is active, ensuring you will not receive the same item twice until you have collected all 22.

• After collecting all 22 items, you can reset the slot to begin acquiring items again.

• The items obtainable from the Magic Igloo are listed below. All items have an equal probability of being acquired.

3. Pudgy Winter Exclusive Raffle

• The Pudgy Exclusive Raffle offers a chance to win a special, limited-quantity costume set.
• The raffle opens on January 29. You can enter by paying with NESO anytime before the drawing date.
• After the drawing, winning participants will receive the Pengu’s Winter Snowcatcher Set in their selected world's Maple Storage. For non-winning participants, the NESO entry fee will be fully refunded to their wallet.
• The item set won from the raffle is delivered as a mintable NFT.

• You must log into MapleStory N at least once before making a purchase to ensure your items are delivered correctly.
• A prior login with a game character is required before purchasing.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
• You can check your purchase history under the "My Orders" tab at the top of the page.
• Items purchased from the Web Shop are delivered to the Maple Storage of your selected world. This selection is final and cannot be changed after the purchase is complete.
• Purchased items must be claimed from the Maple Storage within 90 days, or they will expire.
• If you haven't received an item after a successful purchase, please contact our Support Center.
