Here is an update on known issues on MapleStory N. Once the issue is resolved, you will be informed by adding the time of issue resolution in front of the according issue.

January 28, 2026	[Resolved] An issue where some users are unable to proceed due to an error that occurs when selecting a Pudgy during the "Raise Pudgy to Hero" event. * The issue is being fixed, and an additional information will follow upon completion. * This issue has been resolved.
January 14, 2026	[Resolved] An issue where the level 120 local equipment was not being provided for the Thunder Breaker class. * This issue was fixed as of January 14 09:20 (UTC+0). * The equipment can be received normally by retrying the quest.
January 7, 2026	[Resolved] An issue where daily quests could not be completed the day after using the Arcane River Express Pass. * This issue was fixed as of January 9 05:05 (UTC+0). * Maplers who experienced this issue can now complete their daily quests through NPC Rona in Nameless Town or via the Quest UI.
	[Resolved] An issue where items and NESO were not charged in the Field Layer and Exchange Shop occurred on January 9, 05:00 ~ 06:00 (UTC+0). * All items and NESO that were not charged at that time have now been successfully processed.
	[Resolved] An issue where it was not possible to obtain Pudgy Power Crystal Airdrop Pouches the next day after acquiring all 100. * This was fixed as of January 9, 06:45 (UTC+0).
