Here is an update on known issues in MapleStory N.

Once an issue is resolved, we will update its status by adding the resolution time to the beginning of the entry.

[Resolved] We have fixed an issue in the Universary Universe Villain Boss event so that the drop amount of Universary Coins is now increased to approximately double the previous rate.

This issue was fixed on May 28 at 06:10(UTC).

May 20

[Resolved] We have identified an issue in the Smithy where enhancement cannot be performed if Normal Power Crystals are insufficient, even if the total amount (Normal Power Crystals + Payback Power Crystals) is enough.

This issue was fixed on May 21 at 01:00(UTC).

May 15

[Resolved] We have fixed an issue in the Universary Universe Villains event where monster kills were not being counted the following day after reaching the daily maximum of 120 summons.

The issue was fixed on May 15 at 12:00 (UTC), and monster kill counts are now being properly recorded.

[Resolved] We have identified an issue where Universary Coins do not drop if the maximum daily limit was reached the previous day during the Universary Universe Villains event.

The issue is now resolved, and Universary Coins will now drop normally upon reconnecting to the game.

May 14

[Resolved] We have identified an issue where some items purchased from the Maplers Shop are not being delivered properly.

For Maplers who have not received their purchased items, we will verify the details and distribute the items separately.
This issue is now resolved, and all pending items have been distributed to the affected Maplers.

[Resolved] We have identified an issue where the 33rd character does not appear correctly on the Character Selection screen when the total number of characters exceeds the maximum slot limit of 32.

Case 1 : Pink Bean Character Not Visible
If you create a Pink Bean Character while already holding 32 characters, Pink Bean will not be displayed on the Character Selection screen.
→ Workaround : You can access Pink Bean Character normally by Unlinking characters to bring your total character count down to 31 or fewer.
Case 2: Linked Character Not Visible
If you Link a new character while already holding 32 characters (including Pink Bean Character), the newly Linked character will not be displayed on the Character Selection screen.
→ Workaround : You can access the Linked character normally by Unlinking other characters to bring your total character count down to 32.

※ Please note that Pink Bean does affect the character count UI. Therefore, your Character Selection screen may display "31/32" on the character count even if you technically hold 32 characters (including Pink Bean).

※ Even if a character is currently not visible, it has not been deleted. All affected characters will be correctly become visible to the selection screen once this issue is resolved in a future update.

[Resolved] We have identified an issue where MVP Points are not being immediately updated for spending made after the maintenance.

MVP Points for spending made after the maintenance will be processed sequentially and fully reflected without any omissions before May 15 at 00:00 (UTC).
Please note that all spending made prior to the maintenance has been successfully reflected.
