[UPDATED] Known Issues Following the December 17 Patch

Here is an update on known issues on MapleStory N. Once the issue is resolved, you will be informed by adding the time of issue resolution in front of the according issue.

* The issue mentioned in the notice will be updated, including the fix date, through a separate announcement.

December 24, 2025

An issue where the level range in the Burning Growth Potion item description was incorrectly displayed.
* Please note that using the item within the level range written in the item name will grant 1 level of growth.

December 23, 2025

An issue where certain boss skill sound effects are not heard when the [Options] → [Sound] → [BGM] → [Mute] setting.
* After unchecking the Mute option and restarting the game, sound effects play normally.
* This issue will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

December 18, 2025

[Resolved] An issue where using the 5th Job common skill Decent Mystic Door shouldn't require Magic Rocks, but the skill tooltip incorrectly displays “Consume 2 Magic Rocks.”

[Resolved] An issue where access to the events [Mini-Game: Maple Soccer] and [Fight! The Legends Return!] are currently unavailable.

* Access has been temporarily disabled to resolve this issue and will be reopened with a notice once the fix is complete.

[Resolved] An issue where the NESO recharge amount per cycle and odds for Vlessing Double Up Millions are displayed incorrectly

* There is an issue where the NESO recharge amount per cycle is displayed incorrectly for the Mini–Power layers of Vlessing Double Up Millions.

* However, when the raffle is conducted and rewards are distributed, the raffle draw will proceed normally.

[Resolved]

1. An issue where some characters do not gain EXP beyond 0% in certain situations.

2. An issue where EXP points are not displayed correctly for some Maplers

* The actual EXP points are being accumulated correctly, but there is an issue where they are not displayed properly.

* If you are experiencing this issue, you can resolve it using one of the following methods:

1) In Windows Custom Format, change the decimal symbol to a period "." and the digit grouping symbol to a comma ","

2) In the Control Panel under Language and Region, change the Region format to English.
If the language option is not available, you can install the language pack by selecting Add a language at the top.
