5th JOB

1. The 5th Job advancement system will be added.

The 5th Job Advancement system is designed to provide new combat experiences while preserving existing battle patterns, enabling continuous character growth.

New skill, equipment, system, and content will be updated on an ongoing basis to support this.

1) 5th Job Advancement Method

Advancement is available at level 200, and the 5th Job quest can be completed at the Temple of Time.

After advancement, the Arcane Stone can be activated to accumulate EXP.
- Only one Arcane Stone can be activated at a time, and hunting EXP gained after activation will be accumulated.
- An Arcane Stone with 100% accumulated EXP can be used to claim the stored EXP.

2. A new 5th Job skill system, the V Matrix system, will be added.

It is a system that allows skills to be acquired and enhanced by equipping Nodes.

1) Node

Nodes are categorized into Skill Nodes, Boost Nodes, and Special Nodes.

Node	Description
Skill Node	Equipping it provides a new skill.
Boost Node	Enhances existing skills when equipped. Up to three skills can be enhanced with a single Node.
Special Node	Only one can be equipped and it can be used for a limited time, but grants unique abilities when conditions are met.

Skill Nodes and Enhancement Nodes can consume and upgrade the same type of Node within the V Matrix UI. Enhancement Nodes grant special abilities when upgraded beyond a certain level.
Nodes can be upgraded up to Lv. 25, and the combined upgrade levels of equipped V Matrix slots can apply up to Lv. 30.
Skill enhancements obtained through Enhancement Nodes can be applied up to Lv. 60, so equipping multiple slots is required to achieve maximum effect.

2) V Matrix Slot

Five V Matrix slots for equipping Nodes are provided by default, and one additional slot is unlocked every five character levels. Up to two extra slots can also be unlocked in advance at each interval by paying NESO.

3) Matrix Point

Starting at level 200, one Matrix Point is earned with each level-up, and Matrix Points can be spent to enhance V Matrix slots.
V Matrix slots can be enhanced up to Lv. 5.

4) How to Obtain Nodestone

Nodes can be acquired by using Nodestone.
Nodestone is primarily rewarded for defeating bosses and can also be obtained in limited quantities through field combat in the Arcane River area.
- Boss Nodestone Rewards
  - Nodestone can be obtained from all weekly bosses.
    - Sealed Nodestone can be acquired through boss raffles and are tradable items. Using them grants untradeable Nodestone.
    - Additionally, untradeable Nodestone can be obtained by using Pure Boss Essence from weekly bosses, regardless of party size.
    - Clearing higher-tier bosses increases the chance of obtaining more tradable Sealed Nodestone and untradeable Nodestone.
- Field Nodestone Rewards
  - Nodestone obtained from Arcane River fields are untradeable and can be acquired up to 6 per character per day.

5) Node Disassembly System

Nodes can be disassembled in the V Matrix UI. Disassembled Nodes become Node Fragments, which can be used as materials to craft Nodestones or desired Nodes.

6) Other Notes

If a skill obtained from a Skill Node is on cooldown, the corresponding Skill Node cannot be unequipped during the cooldown period.

3. A new equipment system, Arcane Symbol, will be added.

Arcane Symbols can be obtained through content in the new area, Arcane River, and provide main stats along with a special attribute called Arcane Power.
Arcane Power is required to operate within the Arcane River area; if the value is lower than the required amount for the area, various penalties apply, while exceeding the requirement grants benefits.
Each area in Arcane River provides a different Arcane Symbol, and acquired Arcane Symbols can be consumed to enhance symbols of the same type.
Arcane Symbols can be upgraded up to Lv. 15. Upgraded Arcane Symbols increase both Arcane Power and main stats when equipped.

4. New skills that can be used by equipping Skill Nodes will be added.

Bishop	Benediction	Calls upon your holy power to create a consecrated space that empowers and revitalizes your allies.
Evan	Elemental Barrage	Utilizes powerful elemental magic to unleash a torrent of attacks.
Luminous	Gate of Light	Summons a gate to a realm of pure light whose blinding glow incinerates nearby. Unaffected by attack reflection.
Bowman	Guided Arrow	Creates spirit arrows that pursue and attack nearby enemies.
Bow master	Storm of Arrows	Fires arrows into the sky to fall like rain.
Marksman	Perfect Shot	Catches your enemies square in your sights.
Mercedes	Spirit of Elluel	Summon forth the spirits of Elluel to devastate your foes.
Thief	Venom Burst	Causes the poison inflicting nearby enemies to burst and spread.
Night Lord	Throwing Star Barrage	Temporarily grants your throwing skills extra spread.
Shadower	Shadow Assault	Instantly approaches enemies to slice them down.

	Decent Speed Infusion	Increase your attack speed by 1.
	Blink	Teleport to a random location on the map.
	Erda Nova	Gather Erda from yourself and your surroundings to explode enemies. Disrupts the Erda of your targets, binding their movements.
	Will of Erda	Hone your resolve to ignore certain status effects.

5. Boost Nodes that increase the damage of existing skills have been added. Each Boost Node can assign up to 3 enhancement skills.

New Area

1. A new area, ‘Arcane River: Vanishing Journey’, will be added.

An adventure begins in Vanishing Journey, where everything fades away.
- After completing the 5th Job advancement, the journey beyond the current gate leads to Arcane River to confront the Black Mage. Beyond the gate lies the first area, Vanishing Journey, where the Kao, Amnesiac Temple Keeper, is met, and together they overcome obstacles through mutual reliance.
- Newly acquired strength can be tested against formidable monsters within the Arcane Power field of Vanishing Journey. Monsters in the Arcane Power field are stronger than other monsters of the same level, but they grant more EXP.
- After completing all Vanishing Journey main quests, the Arcane Symbol is upgraded to [Arcane Symbol: Vanishing Journey], which can be enhanced. Afterwards, [Arcane Symbol: Vanishing Journey] can be leveled up through Vanishing Journey daily quests.

- After completing all the Reverse City main quests, [Arcane Symbol: Vanishing Journey] can be enhanced through hunting in Reverse City.

New Boss

A new boss, ‘Guardian Angel Slime,’ will be added.

1) Following a mysterious invitation, arrive at Ramuramu Valley, home to adorable slimes.

Face the cute yet powerful Guardian Angel Slime, crowned by the Slime God, and test your strength.

2) Available to characters level 210 or higher who have completed the 5th Job Advancement and the quest '[Ramuramu] Who’s the Cutest of Them All?'

3) Ramuramu Valley can also be accessed via a portal in Henesys South, Singing Mushroom Forest: Spore Hill.

4) Enter through the mystical statue at the Guardian Angel Slime’s altar in Ramuramu Valley.

5) The following item will be added:

Lv. 160 Equipment: Guardian Angel Ring.

6) Achievements related to Guardian Angel Slime will be added.
