[UPDATED] January 8 Patch Note

[Updated on January 15 07:20 (UTC+0)] The additional currency consumed during participation in the Pudgy Power Crystal Airdrop event has been reimbursed.
* Compensation has been provided in NESOLET and can be checked in Maple Storage.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where NESO was consumed twice when using Pudgy Power Crystal Airdrop, even without mounting the Power Crystal Sled. 

  • Maplers who have already experienced this issue will be compensated separately for the excess NESO consumed. 

  • Compensation has been issued to the Maplers affected by the issue. It can be checked in Maple Storage, so please make sure to claim it before the mail retention period expires.

• Fixed an issue where the client would close during boss party play. 

• Fixed an issue where the client would close when purchasing an item with a purchase limit from the Pudgy Jelly Shop in certain languages. 

• Fixed an issue where the client would close when clicking or hovering over certain UI combo boxes, such as the expanded chat window. 

• Fixed an issue where the client would close when entering Papulatus if the in-game language is set to Thai. 

• Fixed an issue where it was possible to have more characters than the currently owned character slots when linking characters. 

• The remaining quantity of items in the Pengu Style Jelly shop will now be displayed as unlimited. 

• In the MapleStory Universe: Nowhere map, it is no longer possible to move to other maps, such as entering a boss area. 

• Fixed an issue where the Hungry Muto Daily Quest was displayed as the Chu Chu Island Daily Quest in the Vlessing Winter Daily Mission. 

• Fixed an issue where an inappropriate guide message was displayed when clearing certain quests on Chu Chu Island. 

• Fixed an issue where the same sentence was displayed twice when pressing the exit button in the special content 'Hungry Muto' if the in-game language is set to Traditional Chinese. 

• Fixed an error in the skill description for Dawn Warrior's Cosmic Shower. 

• Fixed an error in the skill description for Wind Archer's Sentient Arrow. 

• Fixed errors in the skill descriptions for Thunder Breaker's Speed Infusion and Knuckle Expert. 

• Fixed an issue where the wearing effect of the Lalala Ring was not displayed. 

• Some unnatural in-game text has been corrected.
